Anderson's Maple Syrup in the Fall
Students
returned to Anderson's Maple Syrup to continue to GPS trees, estimate
tree height using geometry skills, photograph the beautiful fall colors,
and learn about the business of maple syrup. Students are working with
Anderson's Adopt a Maple program by providing the data for each tree
adopted. Their GPS data will also be used to create an interactive map
so people can see the geographical location and photographs of the
tree.
