ICRA INC

Organization and Purpose
The Island City Research Academy, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation dedicated to supporting the excellent education of students in the Island City Research Academy. The school is part of the Cumberland School district and located in Cumberland, Wisconsin.

Members
The corporation is comprised of volunteer parents, faculty, educational partners/advisors, and citizens interested in the success of the Island City Research Academy and its students. Its members are responsible for promoting the mission statement and vision of the Academy and fundraising activities.

Annual Meeting 
The 2012 annual meeting is on Thursday, May 31 at 5:00 pm in the Cumberland Middle School Library.
 
The annual meeting is usually held on the first Wednesday in June and takes action upon the following matters:
1. Report of the Corporation's activities and accomplishents
2. Election of member(s)  to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors**

Board of Directors
The governance structure for the corporation and the Academy is the Board of Directors. The Board insures financial responsibility of the Academy, reviews the educational success of its program, and assists in annual and long term planning for the Academy.
